Expert Indian cook who trained at the Michelin starred Tamarind collection of restaurants, Hari Ghotra has launched brand new mobile community, 'Hari Ghotra - Indian Recipes' with Disciple. For lovers of Indian food and cooking; the new app will teach users about spices and how authentic dishes are put together.

The app, which is available for download via android and iOS will include hundreds of Hari’s authentic Indian recipes, exclusive new dishes as well as easy to follow video tutorials; Hari’s most popular recipes include her slow cooker and zero waste recipes.

At the heart of the community users will be encouraged to share their own creations and engage in Hari’s growing community of food enthusiasts from around the world. Hari will use the app herself to share advice, answer questions and get to know her community. Cook it, share it, love it!

On launching her brand new app Hari says; "After many years of teaching Indian cookery classes I have been working hard across the digital space to make authentic Indian food and cooking become more accessible. I want to show people how fantastic, healthy and delicious Indian food can be. From the website, recipe videos both long and short versions, live streaming cookery classes, using social media across many platforms I want to bring great Indian food to life for all the curry lovers out there.
